We will have our pre-conference meeting to prepare us for Annual Conference on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at Highland Park United Methodist Church, Stillwater, from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. We will be voting on constitutional issues which need study and reflection before casting our votes.

Please make every effort to be present!

Also, we will be dealing with these issues on Tuesday night of the Annual Conference. Please plan your schedules to be present that evening. Our churches will need to be informed of the issues when you come home as well.

Annual Conference begins Sunday night, May 24, 2009, and ends on Thursday. Information about the conference will be sent to you directly by the Annual Conference and not through our office. For details do go to the Conference web site at www.okumc.org.
